Shane Adkisson is the Lead Pastor of Hope Christian Church, where his passion is helping people meet Jesus, grow in their faith and discover that following Jesus can change their everyday lives. He teaches the Bible with clarity, honesty and a practical edge. He believes church should be a place where people can come as they are, ask real questions and take their next step toward Jesus. He is committed to building a church that reaches beyond its walls, serves its community and develops people who live out their faith wherever God sends them.

Shane and his wife, Dee Dee, have been married for 34 years and are proud parents to their adult children, Riley and Shelby. When Shane’s not at Hope, you’ll likely find him spending time with his family, or dreaming up what’s next , and thinking outside the box (“What box?!").
